Hushabye Nursery opens in Phoenix to support babies exposed to substance abuse

In Arizona, two babies are born every day that suffer from opioid withdrawal. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be underway today at Hushabye Nursery in Phoenix, where substance-exposed babies and their caregivers can receive special care.
