Alex Murdaugh defense requests retrial in Charleston

Alex Murdaugh returned to a South Carolina courtroom to address key pre-trial issues ahead of his upcoming murder retrial. The judge agreed to move the retrial out of Colleton County, citing publicity surrounding the case as well as community prejudice.
