National average hits $4 a gallon for gas amid U.S. and Iran conflict

Gas prices are rising again, as the national average for a gallon of gas has returned to four dollars as the United States emergency oil reserve drops to its lowest level since 1983. FOX's Edward Lawrence has more on why the price at the pump remains high.
