Alex Murdaugh could get retrial in murder case
After a judge overturned Alex Murdaugh's murder convictions last week over the deaths of his wife and son, prosecutors are leaning toward a new trial. The court ruled Murdaugh was denied his right to a fair trial, saying a county clerk improperly influenced the jury. FOX's Madeleine Rivera has more.
