MCSO raises concerns about federal oversight

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is requesting to remove a monitor assigned back in 2013 due to a civil rights violation. MCSO says they have changed leadership and expresses concerns about the costs. FOX 10's Annalisa Pardo has the story.
