Texas flooding: Guadalupe river overflows as AZ Task Force deploys

Floods in Kerr County, Texas have left at least two people dead. The Guadalupe River is overflowing leading to evacuations and water rescues.  The Phoenix Fire Department is deploying a task force to help with search and rescue efforts.
