Maricopa County settles Justin Heap election lawsuit

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Recorder Justin Heap settled a year-and-a-half long legal battle, splitting up election duties and allocating more than $20 million in funding. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean has more on the settlement.
