Early morning monsoon storm slams Arizona ahead of extended extreme heat warning

An early morning monsoon storm brought heavy rain and lightning to the Phoenix area before moving to the high country. Meanwhile, the National Weather Service has extended the extreme heat warning through the end of the weekend.
