FEMA says major Globe flooding damage was not severe enough for assistance

Parts of Gila County that were impacted by the historic and deadly flooding last year won't be receiving any money from the federal government. FOX 10's Nicole Krasean learns more, after FEMA denied Arizona's appeal for a Major Disaster Declaration.
