Monsoon storm rolls into the Phoenix area, bringing rain, wind and dust

Monsoon activity brought heavy downpours and blowing dust across the Phoenix-metro area on Sunday night. A formal dust storm warning advised drivers out west, as near zero visibility and wind gusts were observed. FOX 10's Andrew Christiansen has more on the evening storm chase.
