FBI investigates white powder sent to Arizona Capitol

The FBI and hazmat crews responded after an envelope with white powder was opened at the Arizona Capitol on Oct. 15. Employees were exposed, but no injuries were reported. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz has the details.
