Chandler City Council approves zoning codes for self-driving cars

CHANDLER, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Would you ditch your car in favor of taking an Uber or Lyft to work? One East Valley city may be counting on it.

Businesses in Chandler will now have to option to submit a parking demand study to the city, and prove that transportation behaviors are changing.

It's changes that some businesses in town are looking forward to, but some residents believe it will not work in all areas. FOX 10's Stephanie Olmo reports.
