Dogs treated for upper respiratory infection at animal shelter

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - An alarming number of animals are getting sick at the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control shelter in Phoenix.

Some have come down with a bacterial infection, and now, the shelter is working to move the healthy dogs out of harm's way.
