Four people injured in car accident in Phoenix

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Four people were taken to the hospital, following a car accident on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a brief statement by Captain Rob McDade with Phoenix Fire, the accident happened in the area of 19th Avenue and Greenway.

According to Cpt. McDade, three adults were transported in serious condition, and the fourth person transported suffered minor injuries.

Phoenix Police will reportedly be in charge of the investigation.
