Gilbert mother arrested after children test positive for drugs

GILBERT, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A woman has been charged with child abuse after her children tested positive for drugs.

Gilbert police say Holly Brooke's 3-year-old tested positive for amphetamine and her 11-month-old tested positive for amphetamine, meth and a marijuana derivative. Brooke herself tested positive for drugs.

Police say she did not know how they became exposed to the drugs.
