I-10 west reopened near Tonopah after crash involving two semis

NEAR PHOENIX (KSAZ) - ADOT officials say I-10 west is back open near Tonopah, following a crash that resulted in its closure Thursday afternoon.

According to a statement earlier on Thursday, the crash happened at milepost 68, west of Tonopah, and did not impact the freeway's eastbound lanes are not affected.

According to DPS officials, the crash involved two semis, and it appears one of the semis jackknifed, and another semi ran into it. One driver is reportedly injured.
