Jodi Arias sentencing retrial: doctor returns to stand

Prosecution expert psychologist Dr. Janine DeMarte says Arias does not have post-traumatic stress syndrome and instead diagnosed her with borderline personality disorder, which does quality as a mental illness.

In court on Wednesday, there was some powerful testimony as Dr. DeMarte referred to Arias as a "stalker," and "jealous and manipulative."
