Police immediately issued an alert to surrounding law enforcement agencies with a description of the vehicle Bocksnick was believed to be driving.
At about 4:40 a.m., officers located the vehicle parked at the boat ramp in Veteran's Park. The Yell County Mounted Patrol was called in to assist, and officers searched the surrounding area on foot but were unable to locate either Bocksnick or the baby.
According to investigators, surveillance video from the area shows a vehicle later identified as Bocksnick's arriving at the boat ramp around 4 a.m. The footage shows Bocksnick walking toward the water, but authorities said it is unclear whether she was carrying the infant at the time.
Police emphasized that no foul play is currently suspected. The investigation remains active.
