OnlyFans owner Leo Radvinsky dies at 43

Leo Radvinsky, the owner of the adult content ​platform OnlyFans, has died. He was 43 years old. 

Radvinsky died of cancer, according to a company statement obtained by Reuters on Monday.

"We are deeply saddened ​to announce the death of Leo ​Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a ⁠long battle with cancer,"an OnlyFans ​spokesperson said. "His family have requested privacy at ​this difficult time."

Who was Leo Radvinsky?

The backstory:

Leo Radvinsky was born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, where he graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor's degree in economics, TMZ reported.

In 2018, Radvinsky bought OnlyFans, turning the fan subscription platform that allows users to pay for content from creators into a widely popular adult content website, which was making Radvinsky $1.9 million daily in 2024, according to Forbes. 

Radvinsky also ran a venture capital fund he founded in ‌2009 ⁠centered on investments in technology organizations.

According to Forbes estimates, Radvinsky was worth $4.7 billion at the time of his death.
