Phoenix PD: One dead, one arrested in stabbing after altercation between neighbors

PHOENIX - Phoenix police say one person is dead and another arrested after an alleged altercation between two neighbors.
The incident happened near 48th St. and Baseline Road.
The Field Sergeant says two neighbors got into a fight, which during, the Javier Martinez, 32, sustained a fatal stab wound.
Police arrested Luis Lino, 32, on first-degree murder charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
