Phoenix responders recover dead body from canal
PHOENIX - Phoenix police and fire crews have responded to reports of a body floating in a canal near 59th Avenue and Osborn early Saturday morning.
Fire officials say they found the body in the water, and that the incident was not a water rescue, but a body recovery.
Police are investigating the situation.
