Phoenix VA scandal: 2 years later, veterans say little has been done

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - Two years after wait times at the Phoenix VA Hospital turned into a national scandal, some veterans groups held a news conference about the progress -- or lack of it -- that have been made since the allegations first surfaced.
