Police: Boy dead following shooting at Scottsdale home

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Police say one person has died following a shooting at a home in Scottsdale.

According to a tweet from the Scottsdale Police Department, the shooting happened Friday near 112th Place and Poinsettia. The victim is identified as a juvenile male.

Police say there is not an active threat to the surrounding area, and there are no outstanding suspects. An investigation is ongoing.
