Police: Suspect in custody after barricading himself inside Phoenix home

Police say a suspect is un custody after he barricaded himself inside a Phoenix home.

Tempe police say the suspect barricaded himself inside a home near 40th Street and Pecos after he fled from officers during a traffic stop.

The suspect was believed to have outstanding felony warrants and barricaded himself inside the home for several hours before giving himself up. He was taken into custody by police without further incident.

No one was injured.
