Teen suffers severe head trauma in mountain bike accident

ANTHEM, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A teenager is fighting for his life following a mountain bike accident in Anthem.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says the 14-year-old was airlifted off of Daisy Mountain on Friday following the accident.

MCSO says the teen suffered severe head trauma and a leg injury. His injuries are considered to be life-threatening.
