Tempe's city council voted to require scooter, bike operators to have a license
TEMPE, Ariz. (FOX 10) -- Tempe's city council unanimously voted on Thursday night to require scooter and bicycle operators to have a license.
This came about, after several pedestrians complained about getting hit by scooters. Meanwhile, ASU officials even banned the devices from their campus.
