Over 41,000 baby jumpers and swings are being recalled after federal regulators warned of a potential risk of serious injury or death from fall or strangulation hazards.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Wednesday that 41,100 units of Taleco Gear Baby Jumpers, Baby Swings and 2-in-1 Baby Jumper & Swing units can become unstable during use and crash and fall. Officials said the hanging restraint straps and seat openings can also create strangulation risk for infants.

There have been 52 incidents that have been reported, including 32 reports of injuries ranging from head bumps to a bloody nose, according to the recall notice.
The recall covers multiple models of the G Taleco Gear Baby Jumpers, Baby Swings and Baby Jumper & Swings, sold in black, white, gray, pink, blue and green. The impacted model numbers are:
- Jumper-01 – Baby Jumper
- Swing-1 – Baby Swing
- Jumper-01 – 2-in-1 Jumper & Swing-A
- Jumper-01 – 2-in-1 Jumper & Swing-B
They were sold online on Amazon, Walmart and TalecoGear.com from April 2021 through July 2026.
What's next:
Taleco Gear is asking customers to stop using the product immediately and contact them for a full refund. They are being asked to destroy the product and submit pictures of the destroyed product for a full refund.
