Valley couple turns passion for music, fashion into thriving business

PHOENIX (KSAZ) - There's a story behind these graphic tees and it starts with a Valley couple.

Keith and his fiance, Tiffe, met years ago and when their daughter, Violet, was born in 2013, she became the inspiration behind their growing business "Baby Teithe."

"Tiffe, who has a history in fashion designing, and I have a very strong background in music," Keith said. "I've been a musician all my life, so we kind of brought the two together and Tiffe started to make clothes for our daughter."

The rock star manufacturer is home to the Valley with their business based out of downtown Phoenix. The couple started the company on Etsy, and as it became more popular, they created their own e-commerce website and now business is booming.

"David Bowie features in what we do because we're massive Bowie fans... who isn't?" Keith said.

"Baby Teithe" sells a large selection of authentic rock 'n' roll wear, with everything from kids' leggings and beanies to metallic dresses.

Celebrities like Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Jaime King, and Trent Reznor have placed orders, even popular fashion magazine, "Vogue Japan," has requested "Baby Teith" items for a cover shoot.

Keith and his fiance say the future of "Baby Teith" is to stay affordable and local.

"We're not trying to be high-end and price people out," he said. "It's not about that. It's about giving people value for money."
