PHOENIX (KSAZ) - A valley mother accused of stabbing her three children to death and then trying to commit suicide has been released from the hospital and booked into jail.
Phoenix police say 29-year-old Octavia Rogers was released from the hospital on Sunday and booked into Fourth Avenue Jail.
Rogers has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder and is accused of killing her three boys, ages 8, 5 and 2-months-old, on June 1.
Investigators say after she stabbed her three boys, Rogers tried to commit suicide by stabbing herself multiple times.
Rogers was taken to a hospital after her brother found her with multiple stab wounds inside her north Phoenix home.
