Woman stabbed by husband in South Phoenix

PHOENIX - A woman was stabbed by her husband in South Phoenix early Tuesday morning.

Phoenix police say the woman was fighting with her husband near 28th Street and Broadway, when he stabbed her. Police also say drugs were somehow involved in the altercation.

The woman was rushed to a hospital where she is expected to survive.
