Pre-construction work set to start on stretches of I-17 ahead of major improvement project
ADOT officials say pre-construction work on a 23-mile stretch of I-17 north of Phoenix will get underway, ahead of a project that will widen the freeway, as well as adding flex lanes to it that can increase the freeway's capacity, as needed. FOX 10's Irene Snyder reports.
