Peoria Target carjacking and shooting suspect facing several violent charges
The suspect in Aug. 8's Peoria Target parking lot shooting and carjacking has been identified and is accused of a slew of violent charges. If he's convicted of the charges, authorities say he could spend decades behind bars.
