A Phoenix mother recalls when thick black smoke began filling her apartment during fire

A fast-moving fire rips through an apartment building in Phoenix and a man is in critical condition because he jumped out of a window to escape. FOX 10's Anita Roman was at the scene all morning and spoke with the victim's mother.
