Southwest cancels another 2300 flights Thursday, normal operations could resume Friday

Southwest Airlines cancelled another 2300 flights today, but they're telling customers they expect to be back to normal operations by tomorrow. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett is at Sky Harbor, and passengers don't seem too happy with how things are going.
