Arizona bill would allow pregnant women to use HOV lane at all times

House Bill 2417 would qualify a pregnant woman as two people, allowing her to drive in an HOV lane without being cited during the restricted weekday hours of 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the afternoon commute. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
