Spring Breakers urged to stay away from U.S.-Mexico Border following deadly kidnapping

State troopers in Texas are warning Spring Breakers to stay away from the U.S.-Mexico Border, after four Americans were kidnapped nearly two weeks ago. Of the four who were kidnapped, only two came back alive. Reporter Mills Hayes has more.
