UArizona President issues apology following report on campus safety

The university's president, Dr. Robert C. Robbins, issued an apology in a video that was released after a third party released its report on campus safety. The report was released five months after a shooting that killed a Hydrology professor on the university's campus in Tucson. FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak reports.
