Phoenix Canal Killings: Victims' loved ones speak out in court
With Bryan Patrick Miller having been found guilty of the murders, the trial has entered the death penalty, where, in this particular case, a judge will determine whether Miller will be put to death for the murders of Angela Bross and Melane Bernas in the early 1990s. On April 18, Bross and Bernas' loved ones made what is known as 'victim impact statements' in court. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
