Shooting victim's sister says he was cleaning up his life

"He was good, and he was trying," said Elena, the sister of 41-year-old Stephen Young. "He finally listened. He finally did what he needed to do and this happens." Young was gunned down by a man police believe is responsible for several other deaths in Mesa and Phoenix.
