Amazon delivery driver went the extra mile

A random act of kindness involving an Amazon driver has gone viral. The driver was making the rounds when he saw a teen was having trouble with his tie. The teen was about to go to a big dance, and the driver decided to step in and help. The rest, as they say, is history. Reporter Anthony Ponce has more.
