Fireworks lit up the Phoenix area as many celebrate the coming of 2024. For pet owners, however, they have to deal with scared pets, and in some cases, even missing pets as a result of the festivities. As a shelter in Maricopa County goes overcapacity due to the number of missing pets, officials are asking the owners of these missing pets to pick them up as soon as possible. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
