Arizona woman accused of animal abuse

Jill Houchens, 56, was arrested after Cochise County deputies say they found neglected animals living in poor condition inside her home. Bodies of dead animals were found in a freezer. Over 20 animals were removed from the home, with eight requiring medical attention.
