Arizona man accused of dragging deputy with his car

Javier Garibay, Jr., 31, was arrested after law enforcement said deputies pulled him over for speeding and weaving in and out of traffic along Highway 95. During the traffic stop, Garibay allegedly sped off, dragging a deputy for 10 feet. Garibay crashed his car and ran off before being arrested. The deputy who was dragged is OK.
