7th person charged in deaths of 53 migrants
The federal government files charges in the deaths of 53 migrants , who died after being packed into the back of a trailer in San Antonio in July 2002. The semi was left abandoned in 100-degree heat. A total of 73 people were inside the trailer. A Guatemalan national has become the seventh person charged in the incident. He's facing six counts of migrant smuggling resulting in death or serious injury. Six other people, including the driver, have already been charged.
