Father, stepmother want out of jail before murder trial begins

A former Phoenix PD officer and his wife are asking for a Maricopa County judge to let them out of jail before their trial begins. They no longer are facing a possible death penalty in the case of their child being killed. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach explains.
