Ex-Phoenix interim police chief to lead U.S. Capitol Police

Michael Sullivan, former Interim Phoenix Police Chief, will be sworn in as the next U.S. Capitol Police Chief on June 30. His tenure in Phoenix included leading the department during a DOJ investigation.
