Man accused of indecent exposure has criminal past

We are learning more about the man who is accused of exposing himself to multiple women at a Phoenix apartment complex, and as it turns out, this is not the first time the suspect has been accused of doing such a thing. FOX 10's Kenzie Beach has more.
