Gov. Hobbs expands COVID vaccine access with executive order

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs signed an executive order this week to expand access to COVID vaccines after the U.S. Health Department narrowed eligibility. The order came after pharmacies began requiring a prescription for shots.
