Suspect found with 5-year-old girl, covering her mouth after child went missing at Arizona park

A woman was arrested on kidnapping charges after police said she was found with a 5-year-old girl in a bathroom at Rotary Park in Bullhead City when the mother noticed her daughter was missing.
