Police: 2 teens arrested for making social media threats towards schools
MESA, Ariz. (KSAZ) - Police say two teenagers have been arrested after two unrelated threats were made towards two Mesa schools on social media. According to the Mesa Police Department, both threats were made on September 13, with the first being aimed towards Liberty Charter School. Police say a 13-year-old student at the school posted pictures on Instagram showing a weapon and a warning about shooting up the school.
